Tregarrick Farm

Tregarrick Farm is a unique new development of 33 one, two and three bedroom cottages and townhouses, with a landscaped courtyard at it’s heart that creates a genuine sense of community and provides a new meeting place and a focal point for the village of Roche.

Tregarrick Farm 3D Model The development respects the site’s historical context and incorporates granite, stonework, and slate, recycled from the original farm buildings that occupied the Tregarrick Farm site. In turn the development’s form, scale, and siting draw inspiration from the distinctive style of traditional Cornish architecture, whilst at the same time considering the need for new developments to be ever more sustainable and energy efficient both in their construction and use.

Wherever possible construction materials have been sourced locally and selected for their low levels of embodied energy through their manufacture, and low environmental impact through renewable sources.

Each property is highly insulated, exceeding the requirements of the Building Regulations, which results in reduced heat loss and thus running costs. In addition, low energy and sustainable fixtures and fittings are installed throughout.

Using recycled and local materials our aim is to reduce impact on the environment.
